introduces their new ComfortTouch™ Electric Floor
Warming System. Modern homes increasingly use elegant
floor coverings such as ceramic tile, marble, slate, dimensioned
stone, and poured and pre-cast composites in living areas
including bathrooms, kitchens, sun rooms and foyers. These
floors feel cool to the touch at normal room temperatures.
Comfort Touch™ systems supply managed heat that
warms the floor just enough to eliminate this problem.
That is, floors do not feel cool when touched with bare
skin.
Comfort Touch™ systems use our SafeHeat™ heater
technology that provides premium performance and high
reliability at an affordable price. All Comfort Touch™
systems include the unique computerized, patented and
patent pending FWT™-3 Floor Warming Thermostat.
The FWT™-3 delivers precision control through Digital
Anticipation™. Using this feature, the FWT™-3
continuously learns how to best control heating for optimum
comfort and energy efficiency.
A Comfort Touch™ system is shipped complete including
Safe Heat heating cable, a FWT™-3, a self?powered
contactor available for either 120 or 240 volt operation
along with special hardware items. Comfort Touch™
systems feature unusually simple installation. Agency
approvals include NRTL.
